Just as glaciers and mountain peaks shape the landscape, alpine huts and mountain pastures are an essential part of this picture. Together with you, we would like to explore the most beautiful alpine pastures—not only to experience the beauty of the Alps, but also to enjoy Tyrolean hospitality and regional culinary delights every day.
Saturday – At Home in the Stubai
A warm “Grüß Gott” and welcome to your home at Serles
Welcome meeting and information session with the host, accompanied by a glass of “Grüner Veltliner”
Sunday – At the Foot of the Serles
Our recommendation: Circular hike at the foot of the Serles – with stops at Maria Waldrast, Matreier Ochsenalm, Gleinserhof, Ochsenhütte or Alpengasthof Sonnenstein. Alternatively, explore the Quellenweg or Kapellenweg, or take the summer toboggan run from Koppeneck down into the valley.
Monday – Gloatsteig
Guided hike: From the mid-station Froneben Schlick 2000, enjoy a leisurely walk to the panoramic lake. Continue along the Gloatsteig beneath the Malgrubenspitze and Marchreisenspitze via the Berglerbründl to the Pfarrachalm. Stunning panoramic views from the glacier all the way to Innsbruck. Descent via the Hirtensteig to Plöven-Fulpmes
Tuesday – WildeWasserWeg
Our recommendation: Take the gondola to the Stubai Glacier – viewing platform “Top of Tyrol.” Follow the WildeWasserWeg from the valley station via Grawa Alm to Tschangelair Alm and continue through the Ruetz cataract down the valley.
Wednesday – Sunnseitnweg
Guided hike: Ascent in Fulpmes – Schlick 2000. Hike along the Baumhausweg to Vergör, then continue along the Sunnseitnweg to Pfurtschell and the new “STUBAI SUSPENSION BRIDGE.” Descent from Kartnall to Neustift.
Thursday – Panorama Trail 11er
Our recommendation: Take the 11er lifts in Neustift and enjoy a panoramic hike to Karalm, Pinnisalm and Issenangeralm, or opt for a more leisurely route via Autenalm to Klamperbergalm.
Friday – Navis Alpine Pasture Circuit
Guided hike: Drive into the Navis Valley to the upper parking area Grün. Hike to Peeralm, continue to Klammalm and Poltenalm, and after a relaxed stop at Stöcklalm, return to the valley.
