Monday: Hühnerspiel – 2,181 m
Classic: From the Josef parking area (1,400 m) via the Brandstattalm (1,810 m) and onwards towards Seblasspitze along the panoramic trail to Hühnerspiel (2,181 m). Descent via the Milderaunalm (1,671 m) to the Auffangalm (1,620 m)
Soft: Brandstattalm (1,810 m), Milderaunalm (1,671 m), Auffangalm (1,620 m)
Tuesday: Seejöchl – 2,518 m
Classic: Ascent with the Kreuzjoch cable car (2,100 m), hike to the Sennjoch (2,240 m), along the Schlicker Scharte to Seejöchl (2,518 m) and further via Hals (1,992 m) to the Pfarrachalm (1,740 m)
Soft: Mid-station Froneben – Baumhausweg – Sunnseitnweg to Pfurtschell or Kartnall
Wednesday: Beiljoch – 2,673 m
Classic: Ascent with the glacier cable car to the mid-station. Climb from the Dresdner Hut (2,308 m) to Beiljoch (2,673 m). Descent via the Blaue Lacke to the Sulzenau Hut (2,191 m), then to Grawa Alm
Soft: WildeWasserWeg from the Stubai Glacier valley station heading out of the valley
Thursday: Westfalenhaus – 2,273 m
Classic: Drive through the untouched Sellrain Valley to Lüsens (1,670 m). Ascent through the Längental valley to the Westfalenhaus (2,273 m). Descent via the winter trail along the stream
Soft: In the Sellrain Valley from St. Sigmund (1,513 m) to Gschleirschalm (1,700 m)
Friday: Pfoner Ochsenalm – 2,169 m
Classic: Drive into the Navis Valley (1,500 m), ascent to the Mislalm (2,018 m), then along the panoramic trail to the Fritzenalm (2,068 m), Frontalalm (2,089 m) and on to the Pfoner Ochsenalm (2,169 m)
Descent to Pfons-Matrei
Soft: Ascent in Neustift to the top station of the 11er lifts (1,800 m), hike to the Autenalm (1,665 m) and further to the Klamperbergalm (1,795 m). Return by lift or descent into the valley to Neustift
