We offer various room categories – from cosy double rooms to spacious family rooms. All rooms are comfortably furnished and feature a balcony, TV, safe, bathroom with shower or bathtub, and free WiFi.

Yes, all rooms at Hotel Serles have their own balcony with a magnificent view of the Stubai mountains.

Yes, we are happy to provide a cot or an extra bed upon request. Please let us know when you make your booking.

Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you check out by 10 a.m.

If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us – depending on availability, we offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee.

Our current cancellation policy depends on the season and the rate booked. As a general rule:

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
• From 13 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the package price.
• In the event of no-show or early departure, 100% will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be covered in the event of an unexpected cancellation.

➔ We will provide you with a filled beach bag containing additional bath towels, a bathrobe and slippers in your room.

✓ Yes – families can enjoy spacious rooms with plenty of room, some with two separate bedrooms and their own living area – ideal for up to 6 people. All rooms are furnished in typical Tyrolean style: with light wood, warm colours and cosy details.
